Lightweight & Easy to Move

Unlike old style wrestling mats, EZ Flex mats are incredibly lightweight, quick to set up and break down, and easy to move. Each mat section weighs only about 120 pounds, light enough to be rolled across the floor by one person - or easily carried by two - and can be maneuvered through tight spaces or up and down stairs with ease. Full mats can be set up in just minutes and practically unroll themselves.
Rolled up for storage, EZ Flex rolls can be stood up on end, and measure approximately 35" in diameter.

EZ Flex wrestling mats are made using the highest quality materials and the latest in manufacturing processes in our new state of the art facility. The four keys to high quality wrestling mats are:

Foam:
The most important component of any quality mat, our high-impact cross-linked polyethylene foam provides great shock absorption and durability.

Vinyl Surface:
We use a heavy-duty non-slip vinyl that's super-durable and never needs reconditioning.

Foam/Vinyl Bond:
To create a long-lasting mat, there must be a flawless connection between the foam and the vinyl surface. EZ Flex uses an advanced flame laminating process that fuses the two together for maximum strength, creating a practically perfect bond.

EZ Flex Cuts:
To make the EZ Flex rolling method possible, cuts must be made in the foam on the back side of the mat. Our state of the art computerized system makes a perfect cut every time while leaving the vinyl completely untouched for a fold that won't fail over time.

Mat Sizes

Thicknesses:

1-5/8" - Our standard mat thickness. Provides the ideal combination of performance, versatility, and portability.

2" (5cm) - For the ultimate in performance, and for international competition, we also offer 2" (5cm) thickness wrestling mats.

Standard Sizes:

42' x 42', 42' x 40', 42' x 38', 38' x 38', 36' x 36', 30' x 30', 24' x 24' and 18' x 18'.

We have talented artists on staff to customize your wrestling mat exactly the way you like. Just send us a copy of your logo, and we'll reproduce it for you. We can match nearly any color and font requests as well.

Additional Information

All wrestling mats include the EZ Flex rolling system, starting lines and competition circles. Three 3'-tall letters are included for free as well!
Mats ship with two storage straps per mat section and mat tape.
