Submitting a Purchase Order
We accept purchase orders from schools and other government institutions, which may be faxed to us at 817-623-9652. Purchase orders must be signed and specify both shipping and billing addresses. Please follow up your fax with a phone call to verify receipt of the purchase order. Once your order has shipped, an invoice will be mailed and you will have thirty (30) days to remit full payment.
Schools & Government - We accept school and government purchase orders. Standard terms of Net 30 days apply.
Individuals, Clubs, Boosters, etc. - We require full payment before beginning production.
EZ Flex collects appropriate state and/or local sales taxes for each order, based on the order's shipping address.
If your organization has tax exempt status, please let us know when you place your order.
Home Mats & Mat Accessories - The shipping charges for home mats are typically additional, while most mat accessories have the shipping built in to the price. These items are available for purchase in our online store.
Full Size Mats & Rolls - Due to their large size, full-size mats must ship via motor freight. Please contact an EZ Flex salesperson for a freight estimate or see our Shipping & Delivery section below for more information.

We accept returns on most Home Mats and Accessories only. Items must be unused. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be arranged within 30 days.
We do not accept returns of custom mats, full-size carpet bonded foam rolls (6' x 42' mats, vault runways, etc.), 12' x 12' or larger wrestling systems, or 'Factory Specials' mats.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please call us at 877-939-3539 (M-F 8:00am-5:00pm CST) to arrange for a warranty replacement.
Shipping & Delivery
EZ Flex ships most mats via common freight carriers such as R&L, or on consolidated trailers. Most home mats and mat accessories are shipped via FedEx Ground. All orders ship directly from our home office and factory in Fort Worth, Texas.

Once your order has shipped, we will contact you via email with carrier and tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking data to appear.
For Home Mats & Mat Accessories - Shipped via FedEx Ground for approximately 1-4 day delivery time (within the continental U.S.). Larger orders may ship common freight carrier for better service.
For Full-Size/Competition Mats - Shipped via common freight carrier for delivery in approximately 1-5 business days.
Receiving Shipments (Full-Size Mats)
When your mat is delivered, someone must be present to meet the driver and accept the shipment. The driver is responsible only for getting the mats to the back of the truck; you will be responsible for moving the mats from there. With the help of a two-wheeled hand truck or dolly, a single person can easily transport the mats alone.
Before you place your order, you'll need to read over our delivery terms so you'll know what to expect when your mats are delivered.
Checking Shipments for Damage
Despite our best efforts to package products well and use only reliable shipping companies, damage does occassionally occur.
When taking delivery of your mat, before signing any paperwork, it's important to look over the packaging for any signs of damage. Look for rips or tears in the plastic bags or cardboard around the mat, and inspect those areas for any mat damage (it should not be necessary to completely remove the packaging to check for damage). If any damage to the mat is discovered, sign for the mats as damaged and contact us immediately so that we can discuss and determine the best course of action.
Please note that minor nicks or scratches in the back/foam-side of the mat are considered normal.
Wrestling/Martial Arts Mats: All Wrestling and Martial Arts mats are custom-made to each customer's specifications. Please contact us for current lead times (custom sizes, logos and artwork extend the necessary manufacturing time). Expect 1-5 business days for delivery.
Cheerleading/Gymnastics Mats: See product page for current expected shipping time. Custom-size orders may take additional time to ship. Expect 1-5 business days for delivery.
Home Mats & Mat Accessories: Our inventory of home mats and accessories changes frequently. Please refer to each product's listing in our online store for current shipping estimates. Once shipped, expect 1-4 days for delivery.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Shipping
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as our products exceed the maximum dimensions for USPS shipments.
