Love your new EZ Flex mat? Now's your chance to show off your mat pride! Whether you've spent months fundraising, training on old broken-down mats, or you're starting a new program, we want to see how your hard work has paid off.

Just use the form below to submit a photo of your new mat set up in its space, and as a 'thank you' from EZ Flex, you'll be entered in our monthly giveaway for a chance to win an EZ Flex 3' x 6' Personal Home Mat.

Here are some quick tips and guidelines :

Photos must be submitted via the form on this page.
To be eligible, you must submit at least one photo of the mat fully set up or in use.
Get a good view of the mat: make sure there's plenty of light, and try to get a raised vantage point
Try to keep other non-EZ Flex mats out of the photo.
Submitted photos may be used on our website, in social media posts, etc.

By submitting your photo or video to EZ Flex, either by direct upload or by posting to a social media site using the hashtag #myezflex, you are representing that you agree to EZ Flex Sport Mats' photo sharing terms and conditions.

When you upload, post, or otherwise make available photographs, images, videos, text or other user content on ezflexmats.com, or on any social media site using the hashtag #myezflex, you are entirely responsible for such content.
Any user content you provide us, including submitting your name, social media handle, any associated text and images or videos, using the hashtag #myezflex on any social media site (namely, Twitter™, Instagram™, or Facebook™), will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting user content, you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to EZ Flex, a license to use, copy, display, reproduce, modify, and otherwise utilize the submissions.
You acknowledge that EZ Flex may use your Submissions, and any ideas, concepts or know-how contained therein, for any purpose including advertising, marketing, or publicity without attribution, and without the requirement of any permission from or payment to you or to any other person or entity.
By making a Submission, you hereby warrant that your Submission is your original creation, has not been copied, recreated, reproduced, previously published, derived from or otherwise taken in whole or in part from any other work and the Submission does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights or any other legal or moral rights of any third party, or violate applicable laws or regulations.
