The level of customer service is impeccable. Our mat arrived with a small tear toward the end and a few dents on the back. The representative emailed me right away and sent a small piece of velcro for the tear and instructions on how to fix the dents. He even sent us a glue gun with glue sticks!
My daughter loves her new cheer mat! It’s light weight and easy for her to move around and put away.
