Return Policy

Due to the size and nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please call us at 877-939-3539 (M-F 8:00am-5:00pm CST) to arrange for a warranty replacement.

Replacements will be shipped 3-5 business days after we receive the product.

How can I order by phone?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express in our online store. Please contact us if you would like to use a school purchase order or pay by check. Financing is also available for large orders.

When is my credit card charged?
We do not charge your credit card until one day prior to your order shipping.

Do you charge sales tax?
Residents of TX and OH will be charged applicable sales tax. Please contact us to order if you are tax exempt.

Shipping Information

How are Items shipped?
Smaller products in our online store, such as home mats and mat accessories, are shipped via Fed Ex Ground from either our Texas or Ohio facility. Once shipped, please allow 2-4 days for delivery.
Large mats/rolls (above 6'x12') are shipped via tractor trailer. When your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow 2-6 business days for delivery.

How much is shipping?
Standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. is included in the price of all home mats and mat accessories in the EZ Flex online store. For expedited shipping, or for shipping outside the continental United States, please contact us. The shipping costs for large mats (typically 6' x 42') are additional and are calculated from the address that the mats will shipped to.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Home mats are currently shipping in 3-5 days for Cheer/Gymnastics mats or 2-3 weeks for Wrestling mats. Large mats/rolls typically ship within one week. Other in stock items normally ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order, unless otherwise noted. Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 2-4 business days.

Please allow additional time for processing and shipping during the holiday season.
